Good news for everyone as COVID-19 vaccinations have started and more are being administered throughout Malaysia. But what happens if those with an appointment can’t get their vaccination centre?
Looking at this, transportation is often neglected. However, it is one of the key component to help get people vaccinated, particularly the elderly and people with special needs.
That said, GoCar is proud to announce #GoVAX Shuttle Service – a CSR initiative in collaboration with the Kampung Tunku ADUN to support underrepresented seniors and persons with disabilities.
How this works?
If you’re 60 years old and above or have disabilities and are in need of safe transport for your vaccination appointment – we’ll come pick you up for free.
We currently support the Petaling district with appointments at selected vaccination centres.
Call us at 1300-30-2633 or drop a request in the GoVAX Shuttle Service via the GoCar mobile app.
The Shuttle Service starts from 31 May 2021 onwards. Please ensure you book 3 days in advance. Drivers are limited and on first-come, first-served basis.
Our team will validate your request and be in touch with you within 24 hours on the status of your GoVAX Shuttle Service request.
