Need a car for a road trip or business meeting but don’t feel like heading to a rental outlet? What if the car could come to you — and even get picked up when you’re done?
Good news: GoCar Delivery makes that happen. It’s a seamless, hassle-free service where you can book a car via the GoCar app or website, have it delivered straight to your home, office, hotel, or any location within coverage — and choose to have it picked up from you after your trip.
It’s like car rental with room service. You pick your car, select delivery, and GoCar drops it off at your chosen spot. When you’re done, you can either return it to a GoCar hub or opt for Return Collection — and we’ll come collect it from you.
No calls, no counters — just:
STEP 1:
Open the GoCar app or website.
STEP 2:
Pick your car (that is tagged with “Delivery Available”.
STEP 3:
Add Delivery Services (Under Value Add-ons) at checkout.
STEP 4:
Tap on ‘Change Location’ and enter your Pick-up and Drop-off locations.
STEP 5:
Confirm payment, and you’re set.

- Available 9 AM – 11 PM for selected vehicles.
- Book at least 5 hours in advance, minimum 8-hour rental.
Available only in Klang Valley (KL & Selangor), covering areas within a 60km radius of the car’s starting point. From Mont Kiara to Subang to KLCC staycations — you’re covered.
Delivery and pick-up fees depend on distance and are shown during checkout.
- Non-refundable once booked.
- You cover any parking fees at your chosen delivery spot.
- Return pick-up is optional and charged separately.
When your car arrives:
- Meet the Fleet Assistant within 10 minutes.
- Show your NRIC/passport and driver’s license.
- Snap photos via the GoCar app for a quick check-in.
Note: Only the person who booked the car can receive it.
Select Return Collection during booking and we’ll come to you when your trip’s over.
Just refuel, keep it clean, and park legally.
The car’s insured throughout the delivery and pick-up process. If anything happens, GoCar Mobility handles it, so you’re covered.
